Tbh I don't know much about this guy either except for his one video I watched some time ago. He got his own sense of humor that many people seem to like. You can find his video on youtube and his announcer pack in the link below. Enjoy.

      I can but there people who can make item 100 times better than me, so why try?

Cosmetics Type

INSTALLATION

•Unrar the archive.
•Install the .exe

For older mods.
•Install Dota2Slasher .exe

For files with no ".exe"
•Copy and paste the folder inside your dota directory
•Add "-override_vpk" in dota2 Launch Options

UNINSTALLATION

•Go to Steam library, right click Dota 2
•Select Properties
•Go to Local Files Tab
•Click Verify Integrity of Game Cache

This will uninstall all the mods and revert everything back to normal.
